Why it's all on the front

Every ingredient is there for a reason, at the dose the research used, with nothing added to sweeten it or bulk it out. That's why the whole formula is on the front of the pack.

There's nothing in it we'd rather you didn't see.

The range

One supplement can't do three jobs. So we built three stacks.

The afternoon, the hour before you train and the evening that sets up tomorrow ask for completely different things. A single formula covering all three is a compromise in three directions, so we stopped trying. Each stack is built for one moment, and below each one is what we are allowed to say about it under UK law.

Morning · when you need to zone in

Focus

The afternoon you can't afford to lose.

Deep work, long days, the hours where you've still got real thinking to do.

Cognizin® citicoline 250mg
Zynamite 300mg
L-tyrosine 500mg
Korean ginseng 200mg, ginkgo 150mg
Caffeine 80mg, about one espresso
Zinc 3mg, B5 1.8mg, B12 0.75µg

What we're allowed to say

  • Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
  • Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
  • Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function.
  • Pantothenic acid and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

And what the research says

Citicoline and Zynamite carry no authorised claim in the UK, so we don't make one. What we can tell you is where the doses came from. The 250mg of Cognizin is the amount used in a randomised, placebo-controlled trial at the University of Utah. The 300mg of Zynamite is the amount used in a placebo-controlled crossover trial in seventy adults.

Midday · when you need to be at your best

Perform

For training, and for the two hours that decide the day.

The session, the pitch, the thing you'd rather not wing.

L-taurine 1,669mg
L-tyrosine 500mg
L-theanine 100mg
Caffeine 120mg
Potassium 300mg, calcium 120mg
Magnesium 56.25mg, sodium 125mg

What we're allowed to say

  • Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
  • Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.
  • Potassium contributes to normal muscle function.
  • Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.

And what the research says

Taurine, tyrosine and theanine carry no authorised claim, so we don't make one. Every dose is printed on the label, and the reasoning behind each figure is set out in full on the science page.

RecoverNot shipping yet

The evening that sets up tomorrow.

Stir it into water and get on with your night.

L-glycine 3,000mg
Betaine 1,420mg
Potassium 300mg, calcium 120mg
Magnesium 56.25mg, sodium 125mg
No caffeine

What we're allowed to say

  • Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function.
  • Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Magnesium, calcium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function.

And what the research says

Glycine carries no authorised claim, so we don't make one. The 3,000mg is the dose used in the published trials rather than a fraction of it. The betaine claim needs a daily intake we don't currently direct, which is one of the reasons this one isn't shipping.

The problem

Three reasons the last supplement did nothing.

None of them were your fault. All three go wrong quietly, and all three are decisions somebody made before it reached you.

01

You were sold one thing as the answer to everything.

Your afternoon, your training and your evening are three different problems. One formula covering all of them is a compromise in three directions.

So we made three, and each does one job properly.

02

Nobody tells you how much is in there.

Plenty of brands print a figure for the ingredient they're proud of and go quiet on the rest. A formula you can only half-read is one you can't judge.

Every active in ours has a number, and the numbers add up.

03

Things get added to hide what's in there.

Sweeteners and flavourings exist so a powder tastes of something other than itself.

We left them out, which is why ours tastes of the ingredients.

The receipt

Every active. Every milligram. It adds up.

The raw weights run higher than the actives, because minerals don't arrive on their own. It takes 187.5mg of magnesium citrate to deliver 56.25mg of magnesium. Add every raw weight up and each stick lands exactly on its stated weight. Three thousand, five thousand, seven thousand. Nothing unaccounted for.

What's not in it

No sweetenersNo flavouringsNo gumsNo carrageenanNo proprietary blendsNothing to make it taste of something it isn't

The taste

It tastes of what's in it.

Nothing was added to make it taste of something else. Which means Focus is faintly bitter, and that's the ginseng and the ginkgo. Perform is a little salty, and that's the electrolytes doing their job. Recover is slightly sweet, from the glycine. None of it was added.

Sweetener hides ingredients. We'd rather you tasted ours.

How we compare

We checked eleven brands. Here's what we found.

In August 2026 we went through eleven functional drink and nootropic brands, on their own websites, and recorded what each one actually publishes. Not what they say about transparency. What's on the page.

I got sick of wasting money on things that didn't work.

I've spent years buying this stuff. A million different products, and most of them a waste of money. They either taste like shit, make you feel like shit, or are full of shit.

Not one of them would tell me how much of anything was actually in there, which is how you end up paying premium prices for a sprinkle and never finding out why nothing happened.

So I stopped buying and started building. Every ingredient at the dose the research used. Nothing added to bulk it out or sweeten it up. The whole formula printed on the front, so nobody has to take it on trust the way I did.

It's just me, writing this at 6am, trying to make something worth the money. Not glamorous. True.

Before you buy anything

The questions you're actually asking.

Does it actually work?

We don't know yet, and neither does anyone else selling you one of these. Thirty people start testing on 22 September and everything they send back gets published in October, the flat results included.

How do I know it isn't fairy-dusted?

Read the panel above. Every active has a figure, the figures reconcile to the stick weight, and the doses are the ones used in the research rather than a fraction of them.

Am I going to get stuck in a subscription?

One click to cancel, any time, from your account. No phone call, no email, no minimum term. If that ever stops being true, hold us to this page.

Twenty pounds for ten sticks. Why?

A pack of ten is £20, which is £2 a stick. Subscribe and it's £16, or £1.60. Less than the flat white you'd have bought instead, and the flat white won't tell you what's in it. The doses are the ones the studies used rather than a sprinkle, and nothing cheap was added to pad the weight.

Who shouldn't buy this?

Anyone who wants it to taste nice. It doesn't, particularly. Anyone sensitive to caffeine: Focus has 80mg and Perform has 120mg. Anyone who wants one product that does everything, because we don't make one. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, speak to your doctor first, particularly about the ginseng and ginkgo.

The promise

Love it, or your money back. 30 days.

Not for you? A full refund within thirty days, and keep the box. There's nothing to send back.

Cohort One

We're building the cleanest, most effective stack there is. Help us prove it.

I think it works. I've been taking it myself for a few weeks, which makes me the worst possible judge of it. So thirty people start on 22 September. Ten days, fifteen sticks, a score out of ten before and an hour after every single one. Whatever comes back, we publish, the flat results too. Applications close 8 September.
